-1 egg white
-2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
-2 teaspoons of Sugar
-100 ml Cooking Oil
-1 teaspoon Hilmie’s SPG Pink Salt
-Sweet Potato Fries
-2 orange sweet potatoes
-2 tablespoons of Sweet Potato Flour
-A pinch of Hilmie’s Himalayan Pink Salt
-2 small spoons of Hilmie’s Parsley Flakes
1. Blend Egg White, Lemon Juice & Sugar until all the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add oil little by little and blend again until thick & smooth mayo.
3. Mix in Hilmie’s SPG Pink Salt and set aside.
4. Peel the skin of the sweet potato and cut it lengthwise. Wash & toss dry.
5. Coat the sweet potato with potato flour and fry crisply in hot oil.
6. Mix sweet potato fries with Hilmie’s Parsley Flakes & Hilmie’s Himalayan Pink Salt.
