Hilmie’s Deep Fry Potato Patty

– Potatoes
– Minced meat
– Hilmies Herby Spicy
– Onion
– Garlic
– Hot chili
– Cilantro

1. Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash.
2. Then stir-fry onions, garlic and minced meat with Hilmies Herby Spicy
3. Add the stir-fried ingredients to the mashed potatoes with chili and coriander leaves
4. Mix well and shape
5. Heat oil, dip begedil in egg and fry
