Hilmie’s Pan Sear Saba Fish

-4 pieces of Saba (Mackerel) Fillet
-1 packet of Hilmie’s BBQ Seasoning
-1 lemon (cut into 4) @ Hilmie’s SPG Lemon

1. Prepare the ingredients, spread the seasoning & marinate the fish for 15 minutes
2.Heat the oil and fry the SKIN first
3.Fry the skin in half for 2 minutes, flip the fish and fry the filling in half for 1 minute
4. Squeeze 1 lemon wedge for each fish & done!

Easy, Fast and of course DELICIOUS.
